Interesting :) For me, either the name comes first, or I have a really hard time picking the exact right one. The pictures thing is fascinating (I used to do "character a day" semi-regularly and one day per week gave a name and asked you to find a picture and give brief backstory). Sometimes I have actors in mind but otherwise I find it hard to find the right picture. It is a fun way to waste time though!

You say "flat" rather than "apartment"? I'm always curious about words (I got ridiculously excited when I realised Canadians say 'tap' like we do) and which countries and specific regions therein use. Although I'm expecting you explain "flat" is something entirely different now :)
