It just struck me today that things are not as they should be. I enjoyed cleaning my sister's kitchen overly much. Playing with my nephews all day was a major highlight and exhausting. I'm sleeping a lot. My mood has been all over the place and I've been over-analyzing everything, nearly to the detriment of life. I couldn't create last week.

Why did it take me so long to figure out I was taking a down swing? This one hit me hard and fast, camouflaged by being out of my comfort zone on this vacation. I've been away from my support structure both in RL and online.

I don't know that this was the smartest thing I've ever done.

*hugs back* Yeah, I always pride myself on knowing myself and I SHOULD have known what was going on because I'd let myself get awfully "high" so it was inevitable that I was on a downward trend. It was easy to figure out when I thought about what I was going to do today and started tearing up. Time to find my focus!

It struck me as I was driving home that I hadn't taken my Vitamin D AT ALL while on my vacation. Such a good reminder that it's keeping me pretty darn level. Silly me for remembering to bring it but NOT remembering to take any!
