I'm not a huge NASCAR fan but I've been to a race in person and I watch some of the races with my dad and sister from time to time. I bring this up because I've been watching the Daytona race today and it made me think of one of my favorite AU ideas - car racing! There's a SGA NASCAR AU that I still think of and it makes me smile even after reading it over a year ago.

Does anyone know of an Avengers racing AU? I'll take any pairing. I just want some racing drama with my favorite group of people!

Do you know much about racing because I don't other than what I can pester out of my sister or SaraJo. As sports go, I'm much more knowledgeable about baseball.

I don't know much actually, I've seen a documentary and read a few articles. (I know nothing about baseball, other than the fact I should hate the Yankees)

You should hate the Yankees. Good girl! Also the Braves. I, myself, am strictly West Coast. The Arizona Diamondbacks are my boys and have been since before there was even a team there.

Any other sport, I chose my team based on their color and mascot or who I know. For instance, Chelsea will always be my FA cup team and this based on them being BLUE (although it was mostly just me finding a "we don't like Man U" team so I had someone against a co-worker once) and Brasil is my International Football team because of my brother-in-law.

Let me run this idea by SaraJo and see if she can't give me a good starting point. I'll email you. *grins*
