5 days to go in the Marriage challenge at the_browncoats and I FINALLY come up with a working idea. I've fiddled around with no less than 10 ideas so far. There aren't even that many couples in the series!!!

I partly wanted to write something that I knew no one else would write (so no Jayne/River) but once again, that's hard with the amount of people that are left at the end of the movie. Also, I didn't want to get too AU. It scares off readers when they see a Fandom they recognize but not any characters that they're familiar with. One day I will have to write that story that I came up with for Shepherd Book's daughter. *grins* The man had a past, after all!

Have 500 real words. Now I'm off to see if I can find 500 more before work starts! Whoo-hoo!

The due date is getting pushed back sometime today. With everything else that had been going on that post kept not making the cut (we try not to flood the f-lists if possible, lol!)

I'm hoping the Muse made the trip with me. She hasn't popped up yet but I'm hoping She will. She's being elusive, that's for sure. D: I certainly left room for her in my packing. She should be here.
