I usually run into mention of Harry Potter Big Bangs because of the different communities I belong to but I was wondering if there was a place that anyone knew of that listed ALL the Big Bangs from other fandoms? I have a couple of ideas for a Heroes fic and I think I need a DEADLINE before it's going to even be started. I'd heard of a Supernatural Big Bang once but I don't know that show well enough yet. Still only on the second season. Surely there's a Glee Big Bang somewhere. The trouble with those fandoms is they're so spread out! There's not the cohesiveness of HP. Or I just don't spend enough time looking, I suppose.
I need, need, need a few more Big Bangs to get me writing BIG STUFF. I can do a drabble in a sitting without blinking. Even something like 3000 words only takes me a day to flesh out and write. But if I'm ever going to FINISH one of my own ideas, I need to have practice with writing in an outline (and let me tell you, I do truly think that's the only way so I'm sorry to all of you who I've told over the years that you don't really need an outline) and writing with a deadline.
And no, I don't want to start my own Big Bang community. Thought had entered my head but I can barely do my little prompt writing communities without having to keep track of writers and artists and what not. I just don't have that kind of time these days.
