Am I just in the wrong part of fandom or have the Weasley's all become a rather incestuous lot? It sort of scares me. At first it was just the twins (which was all well and good and rather interesting) but now the older generation can't keep their hands off the younger generation. *goes to hide behind a pillow*

Working on two fics this weekend. One was about a 1000 words in and I decided to trash it and start all over again. That's all well and good but it's due pretty much NOW. The idea, of course, is better so I think it's going to move along much faster than what I had before. The other has already been trashed once and I may trash it AGAIN, except for the first sentence which is a GEM. Too bad I can't just turn in a single sentence. *sigh*

And then there's the matter of the Marauder Big Bang that I need to start working on so I'm not trying to complete it the month before it's due. I gave this conundrum yesterday and I think NaNo has ruined me for working on long term projects. I only seem to be able to work on them for one month. Or it could be me. Perhaps I shouldn't blame inanimate things for my own brain damage.

I really wish I knew where Mom's Easter candy stash was. I need chocolate!

Dude, I have seen so much Weasleycest lately, it's not even funny. And since the whole idea of incest in general makes me want to GAG, I'm really not cool with all of it.

It's scary how prevalent it is! It's like fandom has run out of pairs (which shouldn't be able to happen but people keep forgetting there are more characters than the ones that visit or live in The Burrow) and they've resorted to this cannibalism. It's getting bad enough that I'm purging some of the really bad journals. I've got limited time and I don't want to spend it looking at that stuff. They can stay on their side of the playground!

Haha I am totally having the same trouble over the Marauder Big Bang story. I am aware that I should start the thing, but the fact that there's more than a month before it's due is seriously impeding my ability to actually work on the thing. I have no problem blaming the inanimate things for my troubles lol.

I have TOO many ideas for my Big Bang. That, and I have so many other little things in the queue before it! GRRRR....

If I can write 3000 words in one day (which is what I just did so that I could finish story #1) than I can certainly get a start on the BB fic.
