As in, how to take screen caps on a general keyboard? I think for that you just use the Print Screen button, but I have no non-Mac here to check that with.
What application do you put it into after you use the Print Screen button? I think that's actually my difficulty.
On the regular keyboard, there isn't a Mac button which has been my sticking point for a couple of different things so far. I keep meaning to get a new keyboard but I do love my ergonomic keyboard.
use print screen the just paste the image from the clipboard into any open program such as Paint, Photshop or even Word, that can handle graphics :)
Vista comes with a snipping tool (one of few good things re Vista) and a free download by Traction Software called Screengrab Pro lets you grab screens or parts of screens and save them as jpegs.
