Oh, how I wish they could meld together my past and my present

I realized today, while looking around for some of my old Michael Corner stories, that I have quite a few stories that I need to move here. When I think about what I wrote at my other journal, it never feels like it's very much because I kept so much here but really there is a lot of stuff over there! The process of moving fic over seems exhausting right now, though. So much cutting and pasting!

Right now, it is time to go back to work on those stories I still have to write! It's time to buckle down! I have deadlines moving! Edit: That should be I have deadlines looming! but maybe I wish they were moving...

Help! I'm drowning!

Is there anyone out in my friend list that has a working knowledge of both Firefly and Buffy (it's a crossover with Mal and Faith) and wouldn't mind reading over my Big Bang fic as I get it written? As always, I have it split into chapters of about 2000 words each (so that I had something to work towards) and the first one is ready to be read.

I understand that not everyone has seen Firefly (because if there had been more fans, it would still be on TV *sulks*) but you don't need to be an expert on the TV series. I mostly need to know that the words all work together to form a cohesive thought.

Maybe if I have people that I know I need to send this out to, I might write faster! The whole 15,000 word project is due on the 29th of January so I would need help for the next couple of weeks.
