Today is the day that I MUST START WRITING AGAIN. As always, after NaNo, I have to take a breather but I always get involved with Christmas stuff so I need to get writing those. Aster is growling at me for getting a bit over my head but I love the people that I'm writing for so that is a bit different than not really knowing them. It's so hard to believe that the Avengers fandom (like it exists today) didn't exist a year ago. How is that even possible?
I've been making different version of the two ingredient fudge. Have you heard about it? It's a real thing because the internet says it is. It has two ingredients. A bag of chocolate chips & a tub of frosting. You heat up the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop. When they're melted, mix in the frosting. Don't heat that up too much because it'll get "chewy". I also tried white chips and rainbow chip frosting. That worked but I couldn't heat it as much as I would have liked to keep the integrity of the chips. Over the top, I sprinkled on some red candy decorations. Another idea I have for that is to use just cream cheese frosting and include roughly chopped dried fruits. I think that would be LOVELY! I'm also going to try some dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate frosting & cream cheese frosting and peanut butter chips (with maybe some peanut butter mixed in for good measure).
And instead of writing... what am I doing? Watching the Cooking Channel. Mom and Dad are in Boise with the grandkids so I've got the house to myself. I should be writing but MICHAEL SYMON on the TV!
Also, I think I'm getting sick. I had some issues sleeping this week. grrr.... Sick is going through our valley so I'm sure I picked up something at work. Stupid sick people coming in for cold meds. STAY AWAY FOMR ME!
