Tonight I read a fic that had some Satedan words in it. I'm pretty sure the author made them up but I decided to use Google to make sure that SOMEONE hasn't come up with a language dictionary by now. That search let me to Deviant Art where I found this beautiful art of the SGA team. It's enough to make me want to use this as my big bang idea but this original idea has quite a few words already in it that would be a shame to get rid of.

Maybe later, though.

It's kind of amazing how many Ronon/Teyla works of art there are in the Deviant Art archives. Most of them are dated around 2006. I can see why people thought that even if I have trouble believing it. I bet if I'd been a fan of the show as it was airing (sadly, I only came to the series in summer 2009) I might have been a fan of that particular ship.

Rodney in Vegas is AWESOME. I forgot how much I liked him in this episode. He should always get to be a bad ass!

And, randomly, the cat has gotten herself trapped in a paper bag that is now a good eight feet away from where it started. She amuses me sometimes.

EDIT: Joe Flanigan should ALWAYS wear sunglasses. All the time. Someone should write him a movie where he gets to always wear sunglasses.

I was ok with Ronon and Teyla back in the day. They were paired off quite a bit on the show early on and she got to know a lot about his past in a number of episodes. Seemed logical at the time.

I was mostly a Weir fan though and more or less quit the show when the actress got screwed over and was written out when she had a six year contract and had relocated and everything for them. *spit* Yes, still bitter about that.

It's kind of amazing how many people are bitter about various things about this franchise! I think every fan is angry about something. I don't know if that's a good thing (because they wrote a show that had people so intense about the characters/plot lines) or if it's a bad thing (because the producers/writers/management keeps screwing things up).
