Merry Christmas and Feliz Natal!
It feels weird saying that since I won't be having my Christmas until next week (and get to spend tomorrow watching my nephew open his presents and hanging out with another part of the family, eating their food) but I figure I'd say it this week AND NEXT. Cause you can all celebrate AGAIN next week with me! *grins* I'm giving you permission to have double the fun (and triple, if you lump New Years in there, as well) so live it up while you can.
While I really was hoping to spend most of tomorrow tackling a few of the stories that I'd still like to finish before the deadline, I think I'd like to spend time with the family. I don't know. Two weeks in a row might be pushing it. I haven't exactly been cheerful this week. Maybe, by next year, I won't be working retail. That's a nice dream!
Some of the boxes of presents have come in so far but I still have a few orders out there. Was really bummed that one of the sleeping outfits I bought for myself doesn't fit but I think I'll give it to my sister. She should be able to fit into very nicely! That still means I need to find some sleepwear that FITS. To the magazines! Although I really do need to plan an actual shopping trip to actual, real life stores soon. I need jeans and new t-shirts for work. And some new shoes. Almost a whole new wardrobe, now that I think about it.
