The sun was beaming down on Sunnydale University as if it was summer instead of October. The only hint that it was Fall was the pile of colored leaves that Willow had spread around the blanket. It was the perfect autumnal repast.
Willow leaned over Tara, the tips of her titan hair sweeping over the freckles along Tara’s cheek. “Do you want a bite of my apple? It’s very good.”
Tara shook her head. “I’m not a fan of apples. But I like how you taste. Give me a kiss after each bite and we can both enjoy your apple.”
