I've been wanting to move back to a desktop and use Pixie as a travel computer instead of my main computer. Have you ever tried using a netbook full time? It's a bit hard on the eyes. Looked at what my parents have (I set it up so it's an AWESOME bit of computing genius) but can't quite swing that kind of money just yet. Have half of it but can't get Dell to front me the rest. Didn't go too deep with that line of reasoning, though because I still have the Mac Mini in "my" room at Mom & Dad's house. These days I use it as a DVD player. *grins* Such a waste!
Today (after the water fight - which was SUPER FUN) I moved the Mac home. I'm working on a dinosaur of a screen but I can rectify that pretty easily. Only problem right now is the desk set up. What I was using for the netbook just isn't big enough for a real size keyboard and this huge monitor.
I'll just have to... rearrange. It'll work when I'm done. It'll work or you'll hear me screaming!
It is SOOOO nice to see you all so big again. My poor eyes are just tired of squinting!
