Another Crafty Saturday

I want to show you what I've been doing today! I'm being crafty and all because of things I've seen on Pinterest! You should be there. Go! If you need an invite, I will give you one.

First, I pulled out a t-shirt and cut it up and made yarn.


I found the idea on pinterest but it's pretty much just cutting it into strips or continuously cutting it. Google it. I can't find a good site that my computer will let me look at.

But then I decided that I wanted to make VARIEGATED YARN! I'd seen an idea about how to tie-dye with Sharpies so I combined the two things and came up with some pretty cool yarn!

I used a bucket instead of glasses so it would go a little quicker.


I tried all sorts of designs. Dots placed sort of close together worked the best but I also made little doodle roses and zigzags.
