This morning I decided I would try getting dressed so I could go to the store and get some food. I'm running out of, not only sick foods, but non-sick foods. I also needed to stop on the three block trip there for some gas. It went well but I was a bit shaky when I finally got home. Popped some meds (which I was also running out of) and took a nap. Woke up and ate some ravioli out of a can. Decided that maybe eating non-sick food wasn't quite the thing I needed to be doing. Lay down for a bit longer which helped.
Now I'm back at the computer and I feel better but I'm still so tired and I'm worried about having to go to work tomorrow. I almost feel like, if I'm this sick, that I need to go to the doctor but I can't imagine he could do anything for me. It's a cold and I'm run down from the extreme pressure at work and having to take on so many of the hours what with B's paperwork not getting to the state in enough time for her certificate to renew. These are the times that I wish that I was wealthy so I could sit on the couch and eat pudding while watching SGA ALL THE TIME. Have you heard the Taylor Swift/The Civil Wars song on the Hunger Games soundtrack? I just bought it. It's LOVELY! Also the new Snow Patrol single which is still VERY Snow Patrol but different in a subtle way that I can't figure out yet.
I need to go back to reading because I feel slightly bereft not having John and Cam scenes running through my mind. I need to post mine here but need to upload it to AO3 first.
