tonks100 isn't doing this (or any challenge these days) so I'm posting it here and also firstlines1000 since I got the first line from the newest challenge. If you need some inspiration, I definitely recommend it!
THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY SPOILERS...
Tonks should have left. She knew it had been a mistake to wait so long but she’d been hoping the stolen information had been wrong. Bellatrix wouldn’t be caught dead spreading her brand of destruction in this part of town. Surely a playground…
But that had been where she was wrong. Now she surveys the damage, gripping her arm where it still burns from the barrage of curses she barely escaped. No children would be playing here tomorrow morning.
“Time to go.” Remus grips her shoulder, telling her that none of them blame her. It doesn’t matter. She blames herself.
