This is one of the songs playing during the closing credits - Twilight movies are like a concert with all the songs they want to squeeze in!

Since I knew where the story was going and when I needed to pay attention, I spent most of the movie trying to figure out who I wanted to pair Leah with. This has been an ongoing thing for me, dating back to the first mention of her in the books. She is, by and far, my favorite character in the Twilight saga. She's in the middle of a triangle but she NEVER let it get her down. She fought the entire time. I haven't had many thoughts about her possible mate other than looking outside the books (crossover) or completely AU.

But I think I want to try Leah/Charlie. The only problem is that I don't know Book 4 all that well, seeing as I only wanted to lug it around that first time. I think I'm going to flip through it and see if I can't satisfy myself that it could work out the way I see it in my head. I may like to "extend" the boundaries of a fandom but I do hate to break it if I don't have to.

My other thought is to pair her with someone from the Mercedes Thompson fandom. Werewolf, meet... werewolf.

Or not. The last thing I need to do is to start writing for the Twilight fandom again. *head desk*

Anyway, enjoy the video... again and again and again.

I've seen stories on Twilight fiction pages that pair her with the male that's like Renesme. TONS of people have done that. I guess they figure if a hybrid is good enough for Jacob, the male one is good enough for Leah...

He seemed very innocent to me (if I remember the story correctly) and Leah has such hard edges. She needs someone who can "control" her demons or she's going to run roughshod over them! This is why this is so HARD!

But Charlie kind of struck me yesterday as a guy with a head on his shoulders that's already "aware" of the situation. Or he could be. He's in a good place to be trusted by the tribe.

I just can't remember what exactly he knows about Renesmee. Book 4 is so twisted up in my head. So much happened!

Charlie was informed of things on a need to know basis. I'm pretty sure that he knows that Edward and Bella are Renesmee's parents, because he says something about her having Bella's eyes. But I don't think he knows that she's part vampire.

I just didn't like the changing between Bella's POV and Jacob's. That was annoying, but so is Jacob!

I don't. I think Jacob sounds like a whiny little girl. I may have liked him better if he'd apologized to Bella for the way he treated her before he imprinted on her daughter. Of course, she's a moron for still trying to be his friend when all he does is try to make her feel like dirt for not choosing him...

I love Alice and Leah. So my mind kinda put them together. It wouldn't work, not remotely, but my mind is not always a canon-friendly place. :P

I have read some pretty cool Alice/Leah fic! I'm so anti-vampire right now (I always am after seeing the movies - even though this one was so much better!) that I'm looking for another werewolf (and none of the rest of the group appeal to me) or human.
