Only if for a night...

I have been consumed with the new Florence + the Machine album. I've been listening to it pretty much non-stop on Spotify. It's everything I like about her music! So great!

I have the focus of a five year old today. If it's bright and shiny, I've investigated it! I've been off for five hours and I've got NOTHING done. While at work, I wrote up about 600 words. I'm still TYPING THEM IN! I've added some new stuff but most of it hasn't worked and has gone into the slush pond. Yeah, I don't throw away anything of substance during NaNo. Starting a new section of my writing today. I really think I need to get out of the house and do some writing somewhere else. On Saturday, I'm going to the library and think I'll drag Favi along if she's got the time off. I should consider going somewhere tomorrow night, too. If I could duplicate last weekend, that would make my little non-focusing heart ever so grateful!

Beth passed her certification (hooray!) and she and R were both back at work and Talky Pharmacist was not so it was a good day. A very good day! A little slow but that's okay. We had time to reconnect!

I'm at EXACTLY 18000 words right now. I decided to stop and add up at JUST THE RIGHT MOMENT! *grins* So cool!
