A monday well worth it for a change

I've still got three more minutes left of Stargate Universe to go but...

...I am liking the writers MUCH better right about now. Even if it doesn't turn out the way I want it to (because all writers should kowtow to me, don't you know), I have hope for my OTP.

Rodney, you're coming next week and I'm hoping beyond hope that FRAN comes through for me one more time. ONE MORE FREAKING TIME is all I ask. Two bodies. You can do it. Make this season worth it. Give me a reason to write fanfic.

Castle cut out the very end of next week's preview but I don't care. McKay is going to make it all okay. And when/if he does, I'll never be irritated to write McKay fanfic ever again. EVER AGAIN.

I really liked this episode. SO very happy with the returns of Ginn and Amanda and how that whole thing played out. Not so impressed with the Greer thing because I actually like him and he wasn't looking too good at the end there and his possible girlfriend was helping the other dude and just...not a good day for Greer.

But you had to know that things weren't going to go good for Greer the moment he took Volker to the garden. No, I take that back. The moment he said he'd allow himself to be operated on. That much self-sacrifice can only mean on things in SG land...

I sort of figured that but then Amanda showed up and talked TJ through the surgery and I got tricked into thinking everything would be okay :(

As soon as I saw that all of the girls were okay, I knew it had to be one of the boys that was going to bite it. Heaven forbid we get to keep everyone! I like Volker but having to give up Greer for him? I don't know... it's not a great trade off.

I'm hoping they do with him what they did with Ginn & Amanda so we don't lose him completely. Or else find some magical last-minute save because I do not want to lose Greer!!! Volker's okay but I'd lose both him & Brody if I could keep Greer!

They could still save him! It could be one of those devices that TJ has just found and it turns into a life-changing situation for Greer. Everyone realizes the great guy that he is and how much they would miss him if he were to die. And he realizes how much he still has to live for!
