I just finished One of Our Thursdays is Missing by Jasper Fforde and I can't stop smiling. That's really how a book should end, isn't it?

I'm horrible about reviews because I liked it. Sorry if there isn't anything more insightful than that. I liked it. If I hadn't, I would haven't read it. I need to do a complete reread of the series but I love how they keep reminding you of all the things you need to know. It's just so all-fire witty. It's one of those books you want to read bits to the person sitting next to you but then you don't know where to start and where to stop because you just want to read the whole book out loud! I do adore the audiobooks I have of the first two books. Have listened to them a couple times now. Don't know where they are at the moment... hmmm....

Anyway, I think I'm going to read Shades of Grey now because I want more JF. I wonder if he's this witty in person. Like if he's one of those people with obvious dry wit that just makes you smile.

Yeah, that was a warm fuzzy book for me. I didn't event think I was in a Fforde mood until I started reading and soon realized, hey, I'm always in a Fforde mood.

It was her post that reminded me that I needed to get both books!!!!!!!!!! (and I'll add a couple more on there just to show how much I'm still in awe that she talked to him and he talked her and there was conversation) !!!!!!!!!!

The journal was funny! Just the way that I would assume him to be!

I so want to go to the Fford Ffiesta. That's a con I can get behind!
