A Lar by any other name

I'm just so happy that I ROCKED three challenges tonight! It's been a good 7 hours on the couch... and only 2 of them were wasted playing Facebook games.

Things to do tomorrow:

1. finish the avfe story.

2. write 2 drabbles for writerverse weekly drabble challenge (continue with Kilce). (plus a new sig tag for this verse!)

3. write a story (prompt - DARE) for sga_saturday - if I can't get this prompt in on time, consider writing the new prompt RIGHT AWAY instead of putting it off again this week.

4. consider the possibility of turning the original story for avfe into a horribly, miserable, angsty story on it's own but not with the addition of the part that wasn't working. Just have it end in death and see what happens.

5. Edit (eek!) the third stargateland BINGO entry and start writing the fourth installment. Really, finish the fifth this weekend, too!

6. Find another 1000 words for Leverage BB. Consider just writing a few small scenes and see what comes from them because there isn't enough in my brain on this other idea to make it work. Beat up Eliot and see what comes from it. Quit pushing for an idea when you haven't written enough of anything yet.

To Do Later:

1. do the picture prompt and book cover challenge for writerverse. Also think about doing another of the bingo challenges because that is getting really close and I've wasted a lot of time just THINKING about that challenge and not enough DOING.

So the last time I did a deadline was... weeks ago. But here's the breakdown.

1. Finish the syfybigbang story - all the way to the end.
2. Finish Torren's Story for the stargateland Blow Something Up (8600 words) (although it became a completely different story)
3. Figure out a Feb/March challenge for 5_prompts.
4. Finish Chapter 4 of LOK.
5. Write a Keladra story.
6. Archive 3 stories at AO3.
7. DON'T JOIN ANY NEW CHALLENGES OR COMMUNITIES... oh, who am I kidding.

The new deadline:
1. START the satedan_grabass story that is still in the "at least I graphed it out" stage.
2. Finish the Sheldon/Penny story I started this weekend.
3. Post another chapter of WNFA at AO3.
4. Post another chapter of Bitter Girl at AO3.
5. Find an idea for the sga_genficathon... there must be one out there.
6. Write a damn Keladra story already.
7. Finish a book that is not a fanfic.
8. Do my taxes.

Last week's list:
1. Finish up the last 3 I love you like pancakes stories.
2. Type up the freaking Keladra story that is in the notebook so it will finally count!
3. Start Chapter 4 of LOK.
4. Write a Blow Something Up (stargateland Big Bang) story of more than 1500 words.
5. Archive 3 stories at AO3.
6. DON'T JOIN ANY NEW CHALLENGES OR COMMUNITIES.

So, how did I do?

1. Technically, I did start a Ronon story because of the syfybigbang and it's new so I think that sort of counts but I was hoping to write a story for the stargateland big bang so it really doesn't count.

2. I wrote one Keladra story but haven't typed it up yet because I've been working on typing up LOK because Aster is breathing down my neck!

3. I outlined a new SGA story when I came up with the syfybigbang story. Ha!

4. I typed up chapter 2 of LOK. Hooray!

5. I haven't really written anything new on LOK. Bummer.

6. I haven't archived anything this week. That needs to be done SOON.

7. Okay, I joined a community. Just one! It's storycubes and looks really interesting! We'll see how that goes. It should work with most everything else that I belong to.
Edit: Oh, I forgot that I DID join yet another community. sgareversebang because it looked so pretty! And I haven't done a Reverse before. So, February on that one.

I'm giving myself all sorts of deadlines this year. At least this first part. Maybe it will help!
